Metropolitan is a restaurant where beef, streetfood-inspired Asian dishes and classic recipes from around the world play a key role.

BEEF. We focus on Polish beef from local producers, which we dry age in special cabinets for meat maturation. With controlled air flow, temperature and humidity, the minimum seasoning time is 28 days . Thanks to this treatment, the meat remains tender.

From foreign products, we offer Wagyu beef from Australia, which we select based on quality of the breed and the breeding process. The meat is very juicy due to the high degree of marbling - the even distribution of fat.

STEAK ROCK. We have introduced a special selection of meats to our Menu, which you can fry at your table using hot lava stones. The steak rock heats up to 350 degrees Celsius, allowing you to grill products without using fat.

ASIA. We are particularly inspired by the premium street food cuisine, characterized by the freshness of local products and the opportunity to taste local flavors and culture.

WORLD. Our concept relies on the classics of international recipes. We focus on the versatility and variety of choice.
